A vibrant celebration, the historic festival blended the beauty of stunning dahlias with the creativity of local art, a gala parade and more; all wrapped up in a lively fiesta atmosphere!

Dahlia Displays: Eaglehawk Remembrance Park & Canterbury Gardens

Enjoy a magnificent display of over 200 dahlia's at the Eaglehawk Remembrance Park (near the crematorium).

Festival of Friendships

Soak up the atmosphere of the Festival of Friendships in Canterbury Park
and Gardens.

Enjoy the Festival of Friendships by Lake Neangar from 10am-12pm to celebrate our city's vibrant cultures with FREE food tastings, music, dance, African drums, and traditional dress. Experience a taste
of Indonesia, the Philippines, Mexico, First Nations, Germany, Persia, Portugal, Spain, India, China
and Africa.

Between 11:30am to 3:30pm Canterbury Park will come alive with kids’ rides, face painting, laser tag, a Ferris Wheel, inflatables, and a lively market featuring local businesses, unique arts and crafts, food trucks, and sweet treats. Don’t miss it!

Folk and Decorative Arts Exhibition

The Folk and Decorative Art Exhibition is a fantastic opportunity for the community to support amateur artists and engage with their creative expressions.

This event not only showcases the talents of local artists, It's also a chance to discover hidden gems, and perhaps even find that perfect piece of art to bring home.
On show will be works of various styles including traditional European Folk Art with contemporary works on canvas.
